\"\"I’m pretty excited to be part of an award-winning trio of authors that will be conducting an all day environmental writing workshop at Seattle’s Burke Museum this April 12th. If you’re an outdoors writer, a student of writing, or want to be an outdoors writer, please consider signing up and joining us for this workshop.<\/p>\n

I’ll be teaching individual sessions as well as be part of a joint panel with \u00a0Priscilla Long, and Sierra Nelson, who will also be leading classroom and field-based sessions. All three of us bring years of experience as writers, researchers, and teachers. And all three of \u00a0are attentive observers who weave together history, science, and field time into well-crafted, thought-provoking writing about the natural and cultural world.<\/p>\n
